Budget Development
There are so many details you can add to an event that it can get very expensive quickly. I will help you set up a budget that will work for you and help you along the way.

Theme and Décor Concepts
If you’re not sure about how to bring your theme together or you don’t have an idea at all. We will develop the right theme for your event.

Vendors
We have some relationships with some of the best vendors in the business. I will search my lists of vendors and find the ones that offers exactly what you want and within your budget.

Site Selection
There are some beautiful venues in this area and we want to find the perfect one that fit's into your fairy tale. Once I find the sites that accommodates your vision, and fits within your budget, I'll make arrangements to schedule an appointment. We will visit the sites and determine which one is best for you.

Hotel Accommodations
Do you have guests coming in from out of town? I will contact hotels that are in the area of your event and make the necessary arrangements. I will also arrange room blocks and negotiate prices.

Stationery
What does your stationary say about your event? I work with some of the best stationary vendors that will bring your invitations, thank you notes, menu cards and place cards to match the theme of your event.

Event Schedule
Every event needs a schedule to follow for everything to run smoothly. We will talk about how you want the event run. I will work out the schedule and give a copy to everyone who needs to have it. One the day of the event I will make sure everything goes according to the timeline we have decided.

Event Coordination
I will be present during the whole event to make sure everything runs smoothly. My staff and I will be there to take care of any problems that may arise. We want this to be a worry free event! So sit back and relax and let Kreated From The Heart take care of your special event!
