*1 hour rehearsal time

Planning & Organization
*Venue Selection: Research and visit up to 3 sites

*Assist with menu creation
*Assist with floor plan design
*Seating chart/card display

The Wedding Day
*Up to 10 hours on Wedding Day
*Decorate/set-up ceremony and reception items
*Wedding Day supervision of wedding and reception
*Assist bride, groom and wedding party
*Wedding Day agenda/vendor itinerary
*Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
